Safety Compliance – Customized Programs

We develop customized Safety Programs specific to our customers’ projects and changing requirements. Our 360° of Safety Program was designed in direct response to the U.S. Army YPG’s needs. The logo signifies a complete circle of awareness. This program was developed to encourage all YPG personnel to continually identify new and innovative ways to approach safety for all work environments and tasks.

The TRAX 360° of Safety Program’s goal is “Nobody Gets Hurt”. All employees receive extensive safety training, including clean and orderly workplace safety, safe driving in all conditions, recognizing and reporting hazards, to name a few. This program complies with U.S. Army regulations, and safety messages are tailored to each specific division’s work tasks and environments. Highly acclaimed and recognized, the 360° of Safety Program is still proving itself successful since its implementation.


International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) Compliance

It is the policy of TRAX to comply fully with all laws and regulations governing the export of TRAX products, services, software, and technical data by implementing and maintaining an internal export compliance program. Export compliance is the responsibility of all TRAX personnel, and each employee is dedicated to ensuring such compliance with Government regulations.


Environmental Compliance

env-compliance2It is the policy of TRAX to comply with all local, state and federal laws and regulations related to protecting the environment and related Government facilities and test ranges. Our employees receive ongoing training on proper handling, transport, and disposal of hazardous materials and waste products to protect such facilities and the surrounding environment. At White Sands Missile Range, TRAX is actively seeking certification under ISO 14001 for managing and monitoring environmental performance at the highest possible level.


Organizational Conflict of Interest-Free (OCI-Free)

TRAX is keenly aware of the need to remain impartial as part of a major test team at two of the U.S. Army’s largest independent operational and developmental test centers. We are free of any real or perceived Organizational Conflicts of Interest and will only partner with companies, be they large or small, that can unequivocally verify that they have an identical OCI-free position.


Lean Six Sigma-Trained

Many TRAX executives and managers have received Lean Sigma training and support the key principles of Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control (DMAIC) as the improvement methodology.Other key personnel are continually training to the Black Belt level and are ready to assist any customer with continual process improvements to achieve even greater efficiencies.
